Duisekeev Kenes - composer. Born in 1946 in Kyzyl-Orda Region. Graduated from Kurmangazy Alma-Ata State Conservatory in the composition class of Professor A.V.Bychkov. In Duisekeev’s music Kazakh folk traditions originally interacts with the diversity of modern musical             language. Emotional sincerity and ease of intonation are the composer’s unique style. These peculiarities of his work have been shown in his following compositions: «Utro na zhailau», «Kochevie» and the choir cappella «Oitugan zher!» His songs are loved and popular among both younger and older listeners. The song «Salem sagan, tugan el» entered the repertoire of our popular stars R.Rymbaeva and N.Eskalieva.
